Why does it have to be hard.

Hitting the gym again today, shoulders and legs. Still sore from Monday, but I will muscle through it....hopefully. More updates to come. As always feel free to follow me and comment.

  1. One of the buffer trainers ive seen told me not to work out constant if your trying to pump iron but hit each musce group hard 1 to two times a week. not including abs and running those are different
